1. About Morgan's Guide

2. Professional Conduct

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload any content you submit.

Termination may result in loss of access to uploaded content, subscriptions, profile information, community contributions, and other account-related data.

8. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORGAN'S GUIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ACCURACY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan's Guide, its owners, contributors, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, inability to use the Service, reliance upon information obtained through the Service, loss of data, business interruption, security incidents, or user-generated content.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Community-submitted content remains the property of its original creator, subject to the license granted under Section 3.

Use of this Service is also governed by the Morgan's Guide Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described therein.

The current Terms version will always be available on the website.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Morgan's Guide regarding your use of the Service and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, or representations.
